Entrance Fees


Registration fees are outlined below. To encourage broad participation in the conference, organisers are offering lower registration fees for delegates from developing countries (based on the World Bank Classification). IWWG members are entitled to a 10% discount on regular fees (not cumulative with other discounts).


We guarantee the conference will NOT be cancelled in any case. Should in-person events not be allowed in October, the symposium will be held entirely virtually and participants who have already paid their fee will receive a reimbursement for services that cannot be provided in a virtual conference (e.g. all catering).

(3) Comuni, Province, Regioni, ARPA. This fee does not apply to Universities.

Registration fees include: access to all conference sessions (oral and poster sessions), a copy of Symposium proceedings and conference materials, coffee breaks, evening social events, virtual technical tours, closing Gala Party, exhibition hall, networking, on-demand complete videos in the weeks following the event.

Registration will only be deemed valid following receipt of payment for the fee due.

VAT EXEMPTION - ESENZIONE IVA
EU companies that registered their VAT number on the internationally recognized electronic system of VAT data exchange (VIES) are exempt from Italian VAT on conference fee. Please check the VAT number of your organization HERE and, if valid, tick the box of VAT exemption in the registration form.
Il pagamento delle quote d’iscrizione in regime di esenzione IVA è consentito, come previsto della Legge 537/93 art.14 co.10, solo ed esclusivamente agli enti pubblici, per la partecipazione del proprio personale in carica, finalizzata all’aggiornamento e riqualificazione professionale; ai sensi dell’art. 10 del DPR 633/72.

Discounts will be applied to group bookings of delegates from the same organisation/institution according to the scheme below:

Group booking discounts are not cumulative with other reductions.

All fees should be paid either by:

Please ensure that all payments made by bank transfer are NET of bank charges and commission fees. Please mark all payments “SARDINIA 2021”, and make sure that the registrant’s surname is clearly indicated as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.



REIMBURSEMENT

Authors
Entrance fee will not be refunded in any case. If the author cannot attend, he/she will be able to appoint a substitute to present his/her paper at no extra cost by notifying the Organising Secretariat.

Participants
Eurowaste Srl will reimburse registration fees already paid if written request or cancellation is submitted. Reimbursement will be as follows:

  • 70% before 20 August 2021
  • 50% before 10 September 2021


No refund will be possible after 10 September 2021.
