CORTE NOA RESTAURANT
An authentic experience in the heart of Sardinia: taste, tradition, and folklore come together for an unforgettable evening at Corte Noa, a charming traditional "casa campidanese" surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from the Forte Village Resort.
The evening will begin with an aperitif served in the olive grove, followed by dinner in the courtyard on natural wooden tables, set in a rustic and welcoming style. A truly unique setting to experience Sardinian culture and hospitality, enriched by the performance of a traditional folk group featuring music and dance.

🍹 Aperitif buffet in the olive grove: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails / Vermentino di Gallura, soft drinks / Civraxu crostini with Mediterranean sauce and Fonni lard / Spianata del Campidano / Freshly carved local cured ham
🧀 Starters served at the table: Bresaola with goat cheese / Selection of local cold cuts / Platter of Sardinian cheeses / Pane guttiau (crispy flatbread) / Olives from Dolianova / Pecorino with olive oil / Shepherd’s rustic pastry / Hand-cut local prosciutto / Fried seasonal vegetables in a light batter
🍝 First Courses: Culurgiones from Ogliastra with tomato and pecorino sauce / Sardinian fregola with a vegetarian sauce made of fresh basil, walnuts, and smoked ricotta (ricotta mustia)
🍖 Main Courses: Traditional Sardinian mixed grill, cooked live / Lamb stew in Campidanese style / Rustic roasted potatoes
🍰 Dessert: Amaretto semifreddo
🍷 Beverages: Mineral water / House red wine (1/3 L per person) / Mirto di Sardegna and Filu 'e Ferru / Coffee
